About Molly The Mad Baker

Good day or night to everyone! (I won’t begrudge people some midnight baking.) I am Mad Molly the Baker, and this is my virtual bakery.
My baking passion was forged into creation in the trials of confinement during the pandemic. I tried, I experimented, sometimes I failed, but most of the time anything I made was edible. I am but a humble amateur baker, but you can trust me! /*insert thumbs up emoji and sleazy grin*/
I was coerced into making this website by a family member. Its purpose is to show off my beautiful creations and my hideous, if amusing, failures.
I will share with you recipes from around the world. Most have been modified to make them as easy to bake as possible, not at all because I am lazy and try to take as many respectable shortcuts as possible while still getting amazing results. I will show off my trials and errors so that you, the people, might learn from my mistakes.
But let’s keep things short and sweet. I wish you all happy baking and memorable fudge-ups.
